Family Law Services

I provide family law services for families and individuals struggling with a family transition. My practice provides legal representation for individuals and families as well as parent coordination for families in need of an objective neutral to assist in co-parenting. I am able to provide a process tailored to each individual client and case whether that is collaborative divorce, negotiations or litigation.

Qualified and Ready to Help

I was admitted to practice in 1999. I have been certified by the Family Law Certification Board as a Family Law Specialist. In addition I am a Parent Coordinator and Registered Family Law Mediator. My mediation is practiced through The Mediation Option but mediation can also be scheduled with me directly.

In 2009 through 2012, I was selected as an Indiana Rising Star as presented in Super Lawyers magazine, and Indianapolis Monthly magazine. I has also testified in front of the Indiana General Assembly sub-committees on matters relating to joint legal custody in paternity cases, and parent coordination in Indiana.

I focus primarily on family transitions including custody, parenting time and divorce by providing legal counsel, litigation or collaborative divorce, mediation and parent coordination services.
